Who are we?
The Döner Kebap is a brand of Turkinvest Group bv (VAT BE0881.859.266). We are responsible for processing the details you send us through this website.
Which details?
When you fill in the application form, we receive your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, preferred region or town, when you would like to start and anything you tell us about yourself. To prevent misuse of the form, we also keep the time of your application and your IP address.
What for?
Only to handle your franchise application and get back to you personally. We do not sell your details and we will not send you a newsletter without your consent.
How long?
We keep your application for as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. If we start working together, the arrangements in the franchise agreement apply.
Cookies and language choice
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Only your language choice is remembered in your own browser. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent. Just send an email to info@thedonerkebap.nl.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your details, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
